We ice our cakes with Swiss Buttercream; a rich buttercream made with butter, pasteurized egg whites, sugar. Please allow the cake to come to room temperature before serving for maximum satisfaction.
Extra Cake Charges:
- Edible Printing – $10 a sheet
*more than one sheet may be needed for your design. - Fondant work and other decorations are priced on a case by case basis – $20/hr labour
- Event Delivery and Cake Set Up – $25 min. labour charge + mileage and tax for delivery.

FAQs About Our Custom Cakes
Which cakes do you usually have in store for purchase?
Our selection of ready-made cakes in-store varies from day to day. Please call ahead to inquire about what cake sizes and flavours are available without pre-order.
To ensure you get the perfect cake for your special celebration, please place your order with us at least 48 hours in advance.
Can you write on an in-store cake for me?
We have edible nameplates in a variety of shapes and sizes that we can write on to customize your cake. Our edible nameplates are available with your cake purchase at no extra charge.
Are you a nut-free bakery?
We are not a nut-free bakery. Several of our products include nuts, and we cannot guarantee that products not containing nuts haven’t come into contact with nut products.
Do you make gluten-free or vegan cakes?
We are not a wheat free or gluten free facility. As such, we are unable to accommodate gluten free and vegan baked goods. Some of our food options are naturally wheat free. Please contact us to inquire.

How much do custom cakes cost?
The prices of our custom cakes can vary, depending on options you choose. Our cakes are available in 4″, 6″, and 8″ sizes. To view our prices, please visit our Cakes page and select a cake.
How much cake should I order per guest?
What size of cake you should order will depend on the number of guests will be enjoying it.
Our different cake sizes feed:
- 4" cake: 4 to 6 people
- 6" cake: 6 to 8 people
- 8" cake: 8 to 10 people
- 10" cake: 10 to 12 people
Keep in mind that cake can be cut smaller if other desserts are being served.
Do you make custom wedding cakes?
Yes, we make custom wedding cakes. Please visit our Wedding Cakes page to learn more about how our pastry chef will work with you to make your dream wedding cake a reality.
How does payment work?
To pay for your sweet treats, you can either order online with a credit card, or visit our store. We accept all major credit cards in store, or you can pay with cash.
Do you offer curbside pickup?
Yes, we offer curbside pickup. Please indicate in your preference while placing your order online, or let us know when you call or email with your order, along with your desired pickup time, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you deliver?
We accommodate delivery when possible. Please note that we don’t have a dedicated delivery driver, so this service is dependent on staff availability.
Delivery within North Dundas is no charge. For customers outside the municipality our fees are 56 cents per kilometre plus $25 per hour.
