Chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream, and a dark chocolate ganache filling, brownie bits on top
We ice our cakes with Swiss Buttercream; a rich buttercream made with butter, pasteurized egg whites, sugar. Please allow the cake to come to room temperature before serving for maximum satisfaction.
Extra Cake Charges:
- Edible Printing – $10 a sheet
*more than one sheet may be needed for your design. - Fondant work and other decorations are priced on a case by case basis – $20/hr labour
- Event Delivery and Cake Set Up – $25 min. labour charge + mileage and tax for delivery.
